new and lost
This week we received court papers announcing that the person was "alledged" to be my daughters biological father has been ruled out and a judgement entered that he is not. We know he lied and sent someone to take his test but I did not pursue that, my husband now wants to adopt her but I have NO CLUE how to proceed or what that even looks like, expenses? Court dates? Her biological father? I need any and all advice and help I can get..
thank you tons, |

My advice would be to contact an attorney and see about a consultation. If in fact the bio father did send someone else to take his test, then it could be criminal. He might be able to be held in contempt of court for falsifying records. Best of luck.
