Hillsborough Co FL, need to add more paperwork, help
We are doing a step parent adoption Pro Se, we filed most of the paper work last September and then found out that we had to do the punative father registry search, (even though I was married when I had the children). Can we just go to the clerk of court and file the rest of the paperwork or do we have to pay the initial filing fee all over agian? Also, how would the clerk know which file to put the new paperwork under?
