Question termination of parental rights form

here is a link to many forms that are used in north carolina,the step parent adoption and agreement to terminate parental rights forms, are very simialr to the ones i used in nj, if the other bio parent is willling to voluntarily terminate.

Can these forms be changed for NJ? Also, Sharky I emailed you for the NJ forms.

did ytou get the forms, hope they are of help to you, i think there is a voluntary relenquishment form in the group that i sent you... but yes, these forms are very similar to the ones used in NJ, the court names and addresses are of course different, and i think the numbers at the top...which is the most important difference. allnj forms can be found in the state law section of any university law library, they are not entirely easy to find though, some websites can give you the cll numbers of the books each sample sheet is located in, and from there you have to use the book index, if it has one, or go through each page...it is time consuming!

No I did not get the forms. i have been sidetracked by buying a house that I put the adoption on hold but now I am back on track. Please resend them
