I was wondering if anyone out there knew anything about Nebraska laws. My husband and I would like to get his ex's rights terminated. She is a drug addict and a thief (that's just what we can prove through public records). She hasn't seen my step daughter in3 months and this isn't new, it's how she usually operates. Once every couple of months.

If anyone knows what the laws for abandonment are, I'd really appreciate it if you'd share. Thanks!!

I am happy to see others care about there children as I.My ex boyfriend from 9 years ago has not seen my oldest son for 7 years.He has been in prison for malesting his 7 year old niece and he got out for 8 months and is back in do to fondling 3 women in a store and in fron of there children,,,my son carries his whole name,,,,my son does not need to live like that and i want his rights taken away and my husband now,,wants to adopt him and give him a new name.My son has no idea about this,,he is only 8.if you find anything out,,i understand these very from state to state in some cases.
