Question for MN step parent adoption
Hi i'am wondering if anyone can tell me where i start my daughters bio dad passed away when she was a baby she is now 13 she has had my husbands last name since she was 5 but we were not married @ the time & were told it would be expensive does anyone know where i start we don't have a lot of $$ so cheapest way would be best. Thank-you Angie

well you need to file a petition for adoption with the courts.......
maybe if you call the court clerk they can tell you where to get them.
