Step parent Adoption in washington state info please
I need Peoples help in finding out what is required in Washington state for step-parent adoption. when my fiancee and i get married in a few years he would like to adopt my 2 children.
their father has almost nothing to do with them and only talks to them if we happen to call his parents house (where he lives) and hes there.
