how to do i word
how do i word an ad/ nc law says after 6 months you can the absent parents right taken away. well it been 5 years of no contact of any kind. and no child support. my husband is the only father they have ever known. how do i word the ad? and can someone give me a good site to look into nc law more.

Deborah,
I take it by your user name, you are military? Navy JAG did all the paperwork for my step parent adoption. IT only cost me the filing fee. The biological father gave up his rights with out a fight. Navy JAG did all thepaperwork, 2 trips tot he court house and now I am her father!
