Good News on our step parent adoption
We got our court date this week. It is set for Jan. 7, 2004. I am so excited along with my husband and son.
Our summons was printed in the paper on Tuesday. The bio dads last name was misspelled. Will this have any bearing on our case? Our attorney is out this week and the paralegal couldn't give us the answer. I have been having nightmares that the bio dad will contact me. We haven't had contact in 4 years and we do not get along with each other. January isn't too far away. I hope that everything will continue to go as smooth as it has been.
