Looking for brother who was adopted DoB 11/04/1963

Hi, I am looking for my brother who was adopted in the St. Louis area. His date of birth is 11/04/1963. I have birth parent names, baby's name at birth, possible last name of adoptive parents and registrars number on the birth certificate.

If you can help me please let me know.

There is a registry on the internet called G's adoption registry that has search angels by state maybe they could help out.
