I contacted a counciler at a school I went to before I dropped out and I was told to contact my local Ministry. Ive contacted my local Ministry (in charge of Foster Care, etc.).. and there was nothing they could do?.. I was wondering what was with them so I did some more phoneing around and found out that the Ministry is currently in a crisis.. not sure what kind but they cant help me. By the way im in BC, Canada..

So is it hopeless for me? have I hit the end already?

What do I do now?

A friend told me to contact other Ministrys or other Social Services either in Canada or the US.. I have emailed a Foster Service in CA, USA.. but I have yet to receive a response.

Are you tring to adopt or place a baby for adoption? I couldn't tell by your message.
