I had heard through the foster grapevine that the boys' worker has been floating resumes to other agencies. Most recently, she was trying to get a job at a private foster care agency (not the one I work with).

Well, my friend "Cass" has a sister who is a supervisor with that agency. I called Cass this morning and she put me on a three-way call with her sister. I explained to her, off the record, what think this worker may or may not be involved in. Cass's sister was very interested in what I had to say and told me some new things about theis director that I found very interesting.

In short, the Worker will be sent a letter saying that they have "not selected her for the position".

Oh poor RC. How terrible he has to deal with that just starting school with you. I hope it works out okay and he does well with your help, despite the odds against him.
