What funny things did your kids do today?

It was time to put the 2 little ones in the tub. I was undressing the 2 yr old and saw my 4 yr old get off wipe and then put his head between his legs while he wiped some more. I asked (while biting tongue so as not to laugh) what are you doing? " How else are you suppose to see if you wiped enough".

Probably to much information but oh so cute! How about your cuties?

I really should edit my posts before not after. My son was sitting on the potty and thats when he tried to get up close and personal to his little bum.

My youngest was asked to wash off all the tennis shoes with a wet wash cloth. It was a consequence and I was being lazy about it and gave her a chore I was going to do. I could have kicked myself when I noticed she was in the back yard, way out there with the other faucet and hose are, she had lined up all the kids shoes and turned the hose on them. We needed them for a scavenger hunt party and obviously couldn't wear them now. I am not sure if it was intentional or if she was trying to do a really good job on it. I am pretty sure it was not a good deed b/c she could have done them on the deck but instead chose to hide with them.

Lyla learned the "lesson"
God is grape
God is good
Lets us thanks him for our food
By his head, we all are red
give us Lord, our dally lead

Amen!

She was so proud! And so was I!

My cat was sick last week and was in the basement in quarrantine. I saw my son coming out of my bedroom with one of my Dr Seuss books (I collect them). I asked where he was going.... you guessed it. To read the cat a story. I said "Not the Cat in the Hat?" He said "No. She looks tired. I thought "The Sleep Book" would be a better choice"

Last year when my M was still learning English, he came home and told me that the principals job was to come into morning assembly each morning and say how are you boys and girls. To which they would reply "We are happy, we are brown, we are number three" Then she could go home for the day. I had to call my daughter in to explain to me why they were happy, brown and number three. (honestly we had a speaker at my high school years and years ago whose catch phrase was I'm third, the point being God first, others second and self third) Anyway, my daughter explained that they are actually happy, proud and drug free. Of course I had to e-mail the principal.

My son, who at 2 1/2 has no interest in potty training, told me at the zoo that "pee comes from my penis, mommy. NOT my tushy, my penis." I'm so glad he knows that and that everyone at the zoo now knows also .

I took all my kids to the cafeteria (sp) a couple of days ago. My oldest ones went first and that left me, the baby and my 5 yr old fs. He was checking over the food when he came to the hushpuppies. The lady asked, "what would you like sweetie?" He said, "I would like some big balls." After that came out and she was trying not to laugh. I told her he meant to say, he would like some hushpuppies. For the people behind us, they were still laughing and we were at the cashier to pay.

I went with the kids on a bike ride today (I walked, they rode). When we got back "A" was bragging about how she is faster than "T". I said "Well you are lucky I wasn't riding my bike because I would have been faster the either one of you" "T" said "WELL YOU WOULD HAVE HAD A WRECK AND CRACKED YOUR BUTT EVEN MORE." I gave him a weird look. He went on to add that I already had a crack but I would have an even bigger crack.
