Giant Nevus

Has anyone adopted a child with Giant myalocytic nevus. I wondered what if anything can be done to treat it.

I have no personal experience with this, but I do know of a family who has adopted a chinese baby who was almost entirely covered (on the bottom half of his body) with a giant nevus. He also had satellite nevi all over the rest of his body.

I know that they understood that there were many options (balloon/stretching and removal surgically, as well as laser).

Have you tried using a search engine to research the condition?

Hope this helps a teensy bit and that someone will come by here who has some real advice to offer!!!

God bless!
