Help us make a booklist!
We're looking for some input from you wonderful and experienced adoption experts!!
Adoption.com would like to start a list of recommended adoption books. We would like it to cover all parts of the adoption experience - and since you are the experts on special needs adoption, who better to recommend books... So, if you could take some time and give us your suggestions, we'd really appreciate it!! Thanks!!

All the Love and Logic books!
And one that's not specifically for adoption, but I've found so helpful: Get Out of My Life! (but first could you drive me and Cheryl to the mall?) by Anthony E. Wolf. (I'm so quick to respond with this one because it lives in my desk here at work!) |

Cline LifeBooks : Creating a Treasure for the Adopted Child by Beth O'Malley 99 Ways to Drive Your Child Sane by Brita St. Clair Can this child be saved? by Foster Cline Swings hanging from every tree by Susan Stone {daily inspirations for foster & adoptive parents} Adopting the Hurt Child by Gregory C. Keck & Regina M. Kupecky Twenty things Adopted Kids Wish Their Adoptive Parents Knew - Sherrie Eldridge and a book on subsidies would be great. I have one that I paid and printed off the internet from Tim O'halen...or something like that. I will look it up later when I have more time.

I'd love a book about subsidies, and/or how to navigate and negotiate with the state authorities who deal with all that. Like, the TITLE of the person with whom you should be talking, etc.
