I'd love a book about subsidies, and/or how to navigate and negotiate with the state authorities who deal with all that. Like, the TITLE of the person with whom you should be talking, etc.

Found it! It is "The practical guide to Adoption Subsidy for Adoptive Families and Advocates" by Tim O'Hanlon. Other than websites, is there another adoption subsidy book available?

zebra, did the book you wrote awhile back deal with adoption subsidies? I can't recall if it did or not.
