Springing forward already..UGG
Remember to set your clocks up this weekend. I so hate losing an hour of sleep, but I also love having more day light in the evenings.
I think we're getting a preview of spring for the next two weeks here. It was in the 70's today, with full sunshine. The kids loved swinging this afternoon. I'm not sure, but I thought I saw the Easter Bunny rearing his cute lil face. ![]()

Tell the Bunny to go back to his hole. I'm not ready.
I am looking forward to the spring forward, because I'm hoping it will help Short Stack sleep later in the morning. Although, I can't afford to lose anymore sleep right now.

I hate springing forward. Just when I'm getting some daylight for leaving for work in the morning, I'm plunged back into getting up in the dark, and leaving when it's just starting to get light. I do love the lighter-later evenings, but it takes me weeks to get over the change!

Why can't we just let the time alone? I mean, let it be what it is?
What happened to come as you are, it is what it is, etc.? ??? All the Arizonans do just fine without fiddling with their hours. On the other hand...there just isn't another hand to this one! I think time would just be fine without anyone monkeying around with it. Curmudgeonly yours, Barki

I love this time and am glad it's early. I like it to stay light later in the day.

I agree with Lucy... I like it to stay lighter later in the day... however, I do hate to lose an hour of sleep - it's just weird it comes earlier this year...
I'm jealous of Lylac's 70 degree weather - we need that here to melt off our stupid snow... I'm sick of that for sure - I LOVE SPRING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Although I love my sleep as it's so hard to come by, I enjoy the extra time outdoors with my kids. Not to mention, with them outside, my home doesn't need as much cleaning!

The only problem is I have a couple of littler ones who need more sleep, my six year old does best going to bed by 7, do you know how hard it is to convince them to go to bed when it is so sunny outisde?? Of course in Poland it was dark at 3:30 and that was a little disconcerting to me.

I'm actually looking forward to it. The shift means the I can get H and M sleeping past 6:30am. I don't do well when awoken before 7, so they will have a much happier mom.
