Prayers and Good Thoughts Needed
As most of you know our daughter E is medically fragile with a complex congenital heart-defect. She has had 3 open-heart surgeries (her most recent in July 05). And most of you know (cuz I've been whining about it in chat and on here) that she has been struggling with her health pretty much since fall.
I took her to the cardiologist last week and her O2 sat levels were still pretty low. Today the cardiologist called and we are going to go ahead and schedule a Heart Cath for her in the next couple of weeks. This is really not as bad as things could be, it's just a little overwhelming to me. I just needed a few smilies from my "cyberfriends".

I'm not allowed to require her to do either one. 12/18/08 - B refused to live in my home anymore and chose to return to a former foster family. 1/18/09 - Former foster family refused to keep B any longer. 1/20/09 - Former foster family decided that they would keep B since I was going to place her in a therapeutic shelter and then Job Corps. 1/22/09 - Former foster family called abuse report in on me in retaliation for the loss of their foster license. 1/29/09 - Placed on leave from job with CPS. 2/10/09 - Notified that my employment will be terminated on 2/20/09.

Prayers for your little girl and your family coming your way! You are a wonderful mother! She couldn't be in a better place to get the care and love she needs. This must be very hard. And please, vent away, you are more than entitled.
