Enjoying my sons new hearing

S has been telling me all about things he's learning at school in great detail. He's already picked up a bunch of new words and what they mean. His reading scores already went up in just the month he's had his hearing aids. It's nice to watch his excitement. He says he can "see" the whole world now.

He has, however, picked up the how to use the tune people out function and uses it quite often.

Thumbs up S seemed to enjoy running around here!

As far as the tuning out thing...I think that is just a thing kids start to do around 9ish!

Great news!

Barki...if my mom couldn't figure it out for my tuning out...I dunno. LOL! My mom was pretty darn crafty herself and yet....mwa ha h ha hahaaaaaa!

Awww Lucy..the thing that really got me...was the "seeing" part. It's hard to explain but it's so so so true.
