It's not getting any better.

After a crap filled day on New Years - it was pretty much the same at work today!

I'm a payroll administrator. I print checks on Tuesdays. I had to do Monday and Tuesdays work TODAY. They did a system upgrade. Which is IT speak for "we're gonna mess everything up" So, I finally run my report before checks (2 hours late) to find that federal tax is doubled! Some upgrade!

It took them over an hour to find out what the problem was - anyone filing married and earning $600+ was messed up. Another hour to fix it.

I try to send the file for direct deposits and the banks phone lines where locked. Another 1/2 hour for the bank to fix it.

My niece had to take Q to his therapy session. It's crazy. I started at 8 am and worked til 7 pm - no lunch!

And I get to do it all again tomorrow!
