International adoption...urgent message

I need your help! We just received information on a sibling group of two boys from China, born 11/87 and 11/96. The medical exams on these brothers report no known special needs. The younger brother is described as "timid"
but also reports that he "loves to smile and listen to music." The older brother is described s "easygoing in nature and is always ready to help others. He enjoys music and likes to sing, especially his hometown's folksongs." These brothers came into orphanage care in 1998. We are in the process of obtaining information regarding their histories prior to 1998.

In China, a child becomes ineligible for adoption after his or her 14th birthday. This means we must have a family in China adopting these children prior to November 15, 2001, as the older brother will be turning 14 at that time. Time is ticking! It is imperative that we find a family soon to
enable these brothers to find a family. Due to the significant time restrictions, it would be helpful to find a family who already has a dossier in China or who has at least adopted previously, so that an updated homestudy could be written quickly.

I would like your help in thinking of possible families for these boys. You might, for example, think of families in a support group either locally or on the internet. If you are out of state and close to the social worker that did your homestudy, you may wish to call him or her to see if there
might be a family coming through that may be open to brothers.

Direct copy from my email...anyone have any ideas?
