Here's the very short story. Through months of LONG discussions we decided to look into Assisted Reproductive Technology (egg donor). I told Diane that all things considered it was worth looking into although we knew the cost is out of our reach. We decided that regardless of the outcome we still want to adopt. Well, of course we found out that it is too costly for us to run out and have this proceedure done................and of course mom was depressed........

We had to drop some paperwork off a social services and the caseworker, very casually, said........."you wouldn't want to take a 2 day old baby would you?" Our jaws made a large crashing sound as they hit the floor.............YES! was the answer......YES< YES YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay here comes the tough part. We won't know if we can have this baby until tomorrow...................there was some word about a relative, but all of the birth mom's other children have been adopted.....drug history, and the caseworker said they would have to have a homestudy and so forth...............

We are also waiting until the 18th to find out about the sibling group of three..................God willing, we'll fill this home............SO PLEASE, PLEASE KEEP US IN YOUR PRAYERS.
