Question Legal risk sibs not living together

We may be getting one of a sibling group not living all together. We hope to adopt the whole group. Right now most are legal risk (one parent contesting TPR). One is set to go but waiting for sibs. What advice can anyone offer. I know there are questions I should ask and things I should be proactive about but what are they! This is new to us. Anything you can offer would help. Thanks!

Just today I saw and read an article that was linked from the main page of adoption.com

This article has a chart near the bottm that may provide insight to the extent of the children's legal risk.

The article can be found at ARTICLE LINK or you may still be able to link to it from adoption.com's main page. The article is about stats of AA and CC children being reunited, but I do think the chart and some of the info in the article may provide some applicable info.

Find out *WHY* they have been placed seperately.... It may not be healthy for them to remain together under one roof (contact is different).
