Competing for kids

The k ids who nobody wants (and this almost brings a tear to my eye) are the ones we want to adopt. It's amazing how one child with special needs can have five families or even thirty families fighting over that one child while there are so many who have NO inquiries at all. I wonder why some c hildren draw so many homestudies and some get none. It's a sad dilemma to ponder, at least to me.
