I am still searching for our future child, but i am having a hard time finding states that will work with me. I have been dismissed several times due to distance, and I feel extremely discouraged because the state in which i reside has said it is very difficult for a family who doesn't foster to find a child under 5 years of age. Can anyone tell me which states are easiest to work with? We will travel anywhere in the country to finally complete our family.

Also, I feel as though I am driving my SW crazy with inquiries, but most of the children we have asked her to get info on has fallen through with no return calls to her. Should I feel this way? Because most agencies require worker to worker contact only, what other choice do I have?
