Coverup won't work.

You are so right
You are so right Mike, many of these workers take the most innocent and normal act that is seen every day within a family and put some perverse twist to it. Personally I think Children and Family Services in Washington State should be closed down and turned over to the private agencies. It would go a lot smoother and they would be a lot more accountable to the Governor and Law makers.
