Back after long absence
I haven't posted in awhile because life has been so busy. My 14 month old fs arrived in May and has a number of medical issues - mainly sickle cell disease and asthma. He has been in the hospital 5 times since he came. My three year old has a few medical tests on the horizon for daily head aches and urinary problems. We have spent many days at the children's hospitals with a number of specialists, and are still looking for answers.
But on a positive note, we have also been busy with fun things. The girls danced in both the Nutcracker and Babes in Toyland this December. It was a bit hectic juggling rehearsals and perfaromances for two shows, but it was lots of fun! I am going to try to catch up on the boards a little. Have a merry Christmas!
