Hi everyone! I can hardly believe what I did this morning... I just called our social worker and told her we were ready to go for it again. ( Maybe DH and I are almost as crazy as some people seem to think we are!) We have adopted 2 special needs daughters already and we have decided that we just can't wait to have another child. turn 17 (adopted at 14) and the younger is 11 (placed with us 2 years ago and finalized last April.) We have quite a mixed bag of special needs with the two we have, but I think
this time we know what we are best able to handle and maybe the adjustment will be easier this time. LOL!!! I can dream can't I?

I am glad to hear that you are ready to do it again. As the director of an adoption program, our caseloads of children available (in one county) have drastically increased and as of today , we have 280 children. Unfortunately, the number of families does not exceed the number of kids. So welcome back.
