NonRecurring - California

Our families wouldn't break even on $400.00. Out of state families who adopt from California surely cannot even recoup their travel expenses let alone attorney fees. We have 4 children from California on the caseload at this time and these families complain. Its too bad that the country can't get together on some of these things particularly when states are placing their children out of state.
