Help for Quality Daycare

Anyway I've got a new one and it's about your favorite subject SUBSIDIES.When I get my girls I will need to have daycare as we both work. The one I want has a very good pre-school and kindergarten learning program with computers and isn't cheap. While I'm checking into my jobs' resources I wonder can I get some help from the state.I know there are funds for some childcare services but I don't just want babysitters. I would love to homeschool if I could but for now I want them in a school that would give them a good foundation. Thanks for letting us vent Graham its helped me get through these waiting months without cracking. I know it seems like we brawl alot but it shows that the people who post here really care about these kids.

What Special Needs are subsidized?

Day Care and things

Re day care - it varies from state to state as I understand it. That's because subsidy can only be paid to you for a cost that would have existed if the child was in foster care. If your state pays foster parents for their day care costs for their foster children then you're probably OK. Most states don't as far as I know and therefore day care cannot be considered a subsidy cost. There are some exceptions, when day care is actually some form of special schooling, or when it's therapeutic day care that would have been paid for a foster child. I hope that helps some at least. btw: when are the kids likely to be placed? Graham
