Looking for Birth Family

I am female and was born in Charleston S.C May 29th 1957 at Baker Memorial Hospital. at least that is what my (adopted) birth certificate says. I have three wonderful children who would love to know their birth relatives. Please reply if you might have known me for a little while or might have known about my birth.
