Born 11-20-1974 in Charleston, SC given name "Brandy Leigh". I received my non identifying info, however, most everything has been whited out. I do know that my case was "discussed" in the State's Attorney General's Office in Jan of 75 which I thought was odd and I did get a picture of my biological parents. I almost feel like placing their "then" pictures in every local paper asking if they know the person. I just don't know where to go from here.

Was yours a closed adoption? You say you have a picture of your birth parents. What did they look like at the time? Can you tell what age they would have been? Did your adoption take place in SC or another state? There has to be something on your papers that will give you some information. Good luck.

How did you get a picture of your parents? My son's father was born 12-21-1974 in Greer, SC and only was able to get the un-identifiing info. He didn't receive any pictures.
