adoptee
i,m a adoptee in search of any blood realatives i was born in norfolk,va may 26th 1959 at depaul hospital at4:07pm attending physician w.n.reingold birth mothers name sylvia davis my birth name penny lynn davis i was adopted by harry allen cornell jr and marian cornell harry was in airforce the adoption took place in charleston,sc my lithem guardian miriam byrd please any advive would be greatly appreciated sincerly penny lynn cooper

Do you know if adoption was handles by the State (Va or SC)? If in SC, DSS should have the "non-identifying" info legally available to you upon request. Basically the case write-up from birthmom to adoption. Mine contained much info & clues.
If a private adoption (state to state?) I'm not sure. good luck

Penny,
If you were adopted in SC, then you should be able to write to the SC DSS and get your non-ID info.
