OMG! Can I just tell you how much I HATE COURT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ok so I went back to court on Fri. For support and for the first date in my petition for support w/no court ordered visitation. I knew nothing was gonna happen w/that b/c they told me I had to serve Tom w/the papers and I didnt get to b/c I got them or a fri and they had to be served by the following Tues which was IMPOSSIBLE. Plus I cant afford to pay someone to do it b/c they want like $200 or more!!!! So I told them I didnt get a chance to even attempt it, and asked of other ways to do it. They said I can call the ocal sheriff dept there they may only ask for $50 or even try to get it done through his probation officer! GOd I hope so! Now mind you I started at the court house at 9am and didint get that part, just adjouring the date for the custody till like 1130.
THen I go and wait to be seen for support. AND wait! AND wait! AND WAIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then at like1pm they come out and say " Anyone who hasnt been seen yet we are adjouring for lunch please return at 215pm than you!" WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!THis relaly pissed me off since I had a doc appt at 230 which I had to now cancel! Then I get back there and Im one of the first ones in. They did the titles and the stating my name for the court and stating that fact that Tom wasnt there and that they heard nothing from him by mail, and she said that she has authority to order a $$ judgement in my favor for him since he isnt here, IF I have one of his paystubs to prove income and what he makes!!! WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sure like I have one of his paystubs. This would be a hell of alot easier if I had one of his paystubs. ANd how the HELLL am I gonna get one of his paystubs!???? "Excuse me Tom but can u send me one of your paystubs so I can get the $ taken out of your pay from my end and tell them to take more $?" " You'll send it right over? Oh thank you Tom what a great guy" YEA RIGHT IN MY DREAMS THAT WOULD HAPPEN!!!!!!!! SO now I dont know what the heck to do this is just driving me crazy. Sometimes I think I should just drop the hole thing b/c Im NEVER gonna get the $$ anyway even if he winds up going to jail in the end Im never gonna see anything. And he has NEVER tried to see Bryan so I dont thin I'll even have to worry about the visitation thing anymore!!! But then I think " No Im not dropping this b/c then he gets off, AGAIN like he ALWAYS DOES!!!!!!!" It is just driving me crazy.

SO I lost a whole day of pay and had to miss and very important docs appt for NOTHING TO GET DONE!!!!!!! I just dont know what to do anymore! ANy advice? Besides drinking myself silly?!?!?HEHEHE! THanx for all who lasted this long for reading my rants!!!!
