Hi There! I have just had a chance to look briefly at some of the messages - I recently found out about this site and it seems like a great group of people!
It's been wonderful, stressful, exhausting and amazing these past 3 years, but I'm not sure how much longer I can last at the pace I seem to be going. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to balance/ prioritize life a little? Things are just overwhelming. I have a great dd who keeps me busy - the man hasn't been involved since the beginning, no family in the country (though they do the best they can from afar), some great friends (though all are also stressed with kids/work/life). I find I'm out of the house at 7:30am and home at 6, do the dinner/bed routine til 8, and prepare for the next work day til 11. I'm so tired, but I'm often up with my mind spinning at 3 or 4am and can't get back to sleep again. I've got a job, a place to live, just enough to pay most of my bills, so I shouldn't complain, but I think the exhaustion is getting to me, and making me sick. I think the stress keeps my stomach from digesting anything and the lack of sleep keeps my head pounding all day.

If anyone has any ideas on what helps keep your day going, with any kind of energy, optimism, peace of mind, I would greatly appreciate the support. I am going to try and get some sleep - have a wonderful rest of the weekend!
