Hi,

I have a 7 year old daughter who father is supposed to pay maintence, however since march he has avoided the CSA, until today!!!!!!
I found where he was working so i informed the csa, and i'm assuming they've called his employer, as i got a lovely phonecall tonight, not from him but his current girlfriend
she was saying all this stuff about my daughter (which is funny as she's never seen our daughter) but the main point of her calling was to inform me that........ and i quote her words here.........my ex wants nothing to do with that bas###d child so won't pay for her"....HHMMMmmmmmmm i think the csa won't see it that way.

why do the new partners always seem to cause the most trouble??

That, my dear, is what we call "ghetto." Perhaps she is trying out for a Jerry Springer episode? Anyone who would insult a child is clearly nuts. Just remind yourself how happy you are that the ex is NOT with you anymore - if he thinks this is a quality person, then he doesn't deserve you. And keep in mind that your issue is with him...as her issue is with him, as well. She is merely a fly at which you need to occasionally swat, should she insist upon coming too close.
