RE: single man wants to adopt..

Hope you have lots of time, patience, and money! Adoption is strictly regulated. If you really want to pursue this, consult an adoption attorney in your state of residence as laws vary greatly from state to state.

Contact the Children's Social Worker

Contact the children's Social Worker...usually with your local county Dept of Child and Family, Dept of Social Services, Dept of Human Services...depends on what state you are in what it is called.
good luck

Parential rights

I have not tried to adopt through DHS, nor am I male, but I would assume the first thing is to determine if the parent's rights have been terminated. If not, see what you can do to rush that along. Then, you need to apply and go through the home study process like everyone else. I might depend on the social worker you get, but I would think that since you already have a relationship with the kids you would be a shoe in to adopt them, esp. since you want an entire sibling group. Ask for any subsidies you might be entitled to. Good luck!

adopting 3 siblings

If you are Christian, I encourage you to pray about the decision. It won't be easy, but what in life is. The important thing is, you will be blessed by blessing others with the gift of a home and a daddy.

Be at peace.

I'm praying for you.
