Adoption
This is not as easy as it sounds. First of all, The father of the child has to give up his rights to make this child free for adoption. You will have to obtain al Lawyer the deals in family law. If the father is unknown, she will have to name all possible fathers and if he is known, but his whereabouts are unknown, the attorney will have to do a dilegent surch for him. All means will have to be exausted to find the father. Also, my advise to you is not to take this child unless all papers are in order, to prevent the mother from reniging. There have been cases where friends have given their child to another friend soley on a hand shake and once the hard part of raising the child is over, the mother reclaims the child and there is nothing that the other party can do, that won't cost a great deal of money.
