Hi, I have been trying every avenue available to me in order to adopt an older child, over the age of 5. My agency isn't much help, they say they are keeping their eyes open for me, but I never hear from them, and when I call them, they say, just be patient. Is 3 years patience enough? So time to take matters into my own hands. If anyone knows of a child or person with a child who feels this child may be better off in another situation, possibly with a single, loving caring father, please let me know. All races etc, would be considered. I want to be a dad. I'm licensed by the State of Nebraska as a foster dad, I have been to adoption and foster parenting classes and fulfilled all requirements by the State of Nebraska to adopt a son or 2 child sibling group. Preferably boys. No I'm not a pedofile etc...I'm an honest hard working 45 year old man who wants to have the experience of fathering children.
