Another question..I have many and some nights, I can't get them out of my head!

I am curious how those of you who have already adopted got your finances for the adoption? I have been researching adoption on the net for probably about 5 years...though I am now getting to the point that SOON, I think I will be financially ready.

How did most of you finance your adoptions? Did anyone take out loans? Did you have all the money (I am guessing I will need around 20, 000) when you started the process?

I know finances are a touchy subject and I hope not to offend anyone, but I seriously need some advice as to how to get the money together and how much will be enough to say that I am ready!
