Things I've Learned....

It doesn't help to feel bitter about most things. That'll just make you even more miserable. Concentrate on things that make you feel good and are good for you....the people you love, the things you love to do, and just being alive.

Don't be too disappointed if things don't go the way you hope. You have to remember that sometimes other people won't be as excited/happy about something as you are. For example, don't expect your b-mom/b-dad/b-kids will be as eager to have a relationship as you are. I mean, they have their own feelings to sort out. Take it slow and just realize that there is more than one person in this.

Don't give up. I have yet to find my b-mom. But, I just keep hoping that I will someday.
