When I went to visit my bmom in her home in the mountains, I noticed her decorative street number on the front of the house. It read 471. She has lived in this house for approx 26yrs. My birthday is November 4,71. I cant help but wonder. She lives in a city of over a milliion. What are the chances??? What would YOU think? Oh, and that would mean nothing to her children, as they knew nothing of me.

Wow, its almost an eerie coincidence. Or maybe your bmom moved there on purpose?? (Or even subconsciously on purpose??)

It IS amazing that those connections exist when we reunite... I have an abrother AND a bbrother who's initials are TJB. There is a book.. Synchronicity and Reunion that is devoted to those kind of connections. I have started writing down all the connections that I never realized I had before reunion and they've taken up 4 pages in a notebook so far!!! It's almost like they were really a part of our lives but we didn't know it. Some of the connections I've read about are eerie... one bmother worked at the front desk in a hair salon and her bdaughter was one of the stylists in the back!!! How wonderful that you have started this reunion... I hope it brings you much joy and peace....sal

I just read this post and HAD to respond...I'm fairly new here and I am backtracking posts!

My birthmother died on my birthday in the hour of my birth 3 years ago in March. My possible bdad's birthday is the same day as the day my dad passed.

I have always been facinated by dates and "coincidences" that major things happen.

Thanks for posting that, I thought that I was the only one who thought about those things!!

I had many coincidences when I reunited...I think we are more aware because we have such a vested stake in the reunion to delve deeper to find all the nuances.
