Shoot...well, it may or maynot be lost forever...we have the memories of what touched our hearts within us.
Strikes me that it is gone...like why are most of us here, right..because of our original losses...things can go from us in a heartbeat, without being forewarned. Yet, again...we are still here, starting over on a new thread.
It probably meant the most to us who wrote on it anyway...others just taking a peek might have thought that we were all on drugs or something!!!

Yes, Linz started it..we all know that and we know the reason...because your reunion with your daughter, sandra, has been a highlight of your life...we will always celebrate that with you!!!

You're right, Mari.... we've handled loss before.... so we know we can do it again, but it was such a great thread.

I tried to look at it last night after my long drive and thought it was just down for a few hours.... I hope they find it.... along with all the good words for the new people to read as they come along too.

Guys, I know you don't want to hear this...but it's gone...I'm sorry. This was totally my fault and I take full responsibility for this accident. I hope you're able to rebuild your thread, I know it meant a lot to many of you and I am just devastated by this...because I was so careful to make sure this didn't happen!

Brandy : I will ask Lindsay to redo and then delete this one.I treasured her first post on that thread.It gave so much hope to those whom are still searching,those whom are unsure.It showed people to never give up hope as Lindsay searched for such a long time.I will aso have a look in my album for the first post and Lindsay can copy and past it here.
As Lindsay wrote me this morning:Here today gone tomorrow...just what she needed at this time in her life.You all know what I mean.She wrote her other story just a few days ago.
We will go on,we will all be there for Lindsay,and we will rebuild.
So true some things are greater then others.In life things happen and we have overcome much more then just this thread.Thank you all for being here,much appreciated.

Well, it's a shame to lose all that history but we'll just have to make some more, I guess.

I'm trying to wrap Christmas gifts right now and my family room is a TOTAL MESS. Our Dear Daughter arrives tomorrow on the evening train and I must bring order to the chaos before she gets here so I must push on.

Holy Moley !!!!!!!!! I can't believe it !! "POOF" and it's gone !!!

Yes, the Happy Thread was the one I always came to first. So many good times there. And happy thoughts. I will be forever grateful to have been a part of it, and especially because of the wonderful heartwarming "story" of Sandra and Lindsay. All their beautiful words to each other that they chose to share with all of us !!!

I am glad we are not giving up though. Surely there will be many good "new times" ahead that we can get silly about.

If Lindsay starts another one, this one will go "poof" too ?? Whatever.

As I am constantly reminded, "ALL THINGS HAPPEN FOR A REASON"....... Maybe it's time for us all to take a big, deep breath and start FRESH. Many wonderful friendships developed through Lindsay's thread and we all hold many memories close to our hearts. They will always be there, as we are, for one another. That's the important thing. Lindsay's life is taking a new turn, therefore I propose a toast...... Join me and lift your eggnog to:
"Wonderful friendships, Positive thoughts and continued progress with our loved ones".

#1 son and I went out shopping today, so I know exactly what you are saying Audrey. I am pressed against the clock, have to finish shopping, wrapping and get everything "altogether" before I commence my rotation Wednesday. My next "day off" is Christmas. On thatnote, I'd better hop to it!

Brandy do not be hard on yourself,remember you are just human.We all have and will make mistakes not by choice they just happen.Tis the season to be jolly!!
Funny thing was I thought noone was posting as they were all trying to beat the christmas clock...hehe as Jane would say...ya left your shopping until to late.
