Foster parents NJ
My sister and I were in the care of a very nice couple in New Jersey in 1982. Their names are Helen and Rich. They had a lovely home and were very kind to my sister and me. My sister's name was Nikki (Nicole) and she was a preemie infant. My name is Monica. I was 5 almost 6.
