Sorry about the title meant to type 1976!
I am looking for my foster family that took me in and named me Nancy. I was with them as a newborn sometime in Feb. 1976 St. Louis MO. thru Lutheran Family Services. Did you contact the County DSS to see if they have any information pertaining to your placement there?
