sister looking for older brother
My Name is Angela, and I have been searching for my brother. His name is Joseph Robert Wallace. I have been looking for him for at least 15 years and to no avail. He was in foster care until he was 18 years old and then he went into the military. I lost track of him at that point. and welfare was of no help to me. I just want him to know that he is loved and missed very much by myself and our other siblings and of course our mother. If anyone can help me please contact me. (440) 867-2564.
Joey was born in June-1967 on either the 3rd or the 6th of that month. I have some important info to tell him regarding his Father. Thank You-

Angela, have you tried military.com? If he was in the military, there's a SLIGHT chance you may be able to find him through that web site. Good luck!
