ISO Chodak Children adopted by foster parents MI
I am in search of 2 children that were subsequentily adopted by the foster parents that had them after protective services removed them from thier birth mother. (By the grace of God) Adoptive mom has since remarried and I am unable to access the adoption records. This was an open adoption. The adoption was provided by Catholic Social Serviced of Oakland county Michigan. The adoption agency is also unable to locate adoptive mom due to her re-marrying and having a name change.
Biological father wishes to have written communication with adoptive mom, even with me action as a liason. Any advise or direction would be greatly appreciated. Thank-you
