ISO "Stafford foster family" in Polk Co. Fl. during the 1970'a
I am trying to find any member, or former foster child, of the Stafford foster family in Polk Co. Florida during the 1970's Home may have been in a town such as Lakeland; Winter Haven; Bartow; etc I know there was a "Stafford" emergency shelter (short term foster home) between Lakeland and Auburndale, but I do not believe this is the same home. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!!!
