a question to all
If you have a sibling that was fostered and/or adopted, I know they can have a name change. But will they be able to change the date of birth? A dramatic change? Like 8 years? I requested the birth certificate of my sibling and recieved a birthcertificate of a little boy, who is just turning 18, my brother would be older than I am. I am 28 he would be 29 turning 30 this month. Is it possible for this to be him? The age difference is too far away. I am not sure about this. I have all his information and none of it is on this birthcertificate. It does have a mother and a father. I don't know if I should contact those people to verify. They may not want him to know, It might not be him, or they may be hostile. What would you do?
