I am searching for the foster family that cared for me from the time I was discharged afteer my birth until May of 1964. I was discharged January 6, 1964 and placed in the home of my adoptive parents in early May 1964 by the department of Social services. I believe the worker was named James Bell. I want to be able to personally thank the foster family for the excellent care I received as I was a premature baby and had to abe taken to the doctor for many tests (including a hip problem). Please if you have any information that can help me or if you are my foster parents contact me.

I hope you don't mind me asking, and I will apologize ahead of time, but what kind of hip trouble did you have? I was born in July of 64, with a hip defect. Your post caught my attention because I too am searching for the rest of my birth family. The only differences are we are about 7 months apart in age, both in foster families, and both in foster homes right from the hospital, with you being in MA, and me in IL. Maybe we can help each other sharing questons. Thank you for your time.
