Looking for foster family

looking for foster sister. Angela Weymouth (birth name). We lived with the Phillips family in Licking county ohio. She was adopted at about the age of 12 into a family by the name of Winters or Plank.I think. She has 2 birth brothers name Leslie and Ernie. My email adress is jetta0001@yahoo.com.
