Looking for a Foster Family by the name of McGuire. Who fostered a young woman by the name of Meta or Mia Ackerman who relinquished a child for adoption in 1970.

Just an idea, but have you thought of looking through an 1970's phone book at all? I'm in Ontario so I'm not sure, but maybe if you went to the (formerly) CAS and asked them they might be able to help. Just a thought, good luck...take care
